With a post-graduate degree in political science from Dhaka University, Mahfuza Khanam has been in the development field for the last 15 years. She has worked with ASEAB’s education and health programs to uplift the char people of Pabna. Currently, she has also been leading the urban micro-finance program of the organization. As a woman, she is particularly interested in ensuring gender parity in ASEAB’s interventions. Apart from her programmatic roles, she steers the organization as the Executive Director.
